Industry Tips
Car, Tips on Buying a New
When buying a new car, you should check with the Highway Loss Data Institute in Arlington, Virginia to see what the accident history is with other cars holding the same make and model asthe one you are considering purchasing. The ratings are based on the frequency of medical claims filed. DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE BUYING!! Ask friends about their experieces with local dealerships. Call your local BBB to obtain history & complaint information on the dealership. Consider a car buying service whereby you tell them what type of vehicle you are considering and they do the negotiating with car dealers for you. Use updated pricing lists from various sources and write down the dealer's cost and list price. Look up the destination charges for the car and include this in both the dealer's cost and the list price, since there is no markup. Now, compare the dealer's cost and the list price for the car; the difference is your negotiating room. TIPS TO REMEMBER: Decide how much money you can spend and what type of car best suits your needs. Research the various models to determine those that are the safest, most reliable, and otherwise suitable. Narrow your choices to several cars. Do not make the mistake of having your heart set on one car - it may reduce your bargaining power. Get a firm quote, in WRITING, from the dealer. Shop around at several dealerships and check out their reliability with your local BBB. Shop around for financing and service contracts and compare the terms carefully. Test drive the car before purchasing it. Read and understand the contract thoroughly before signing. Inspect your new car carefully before driving off the lot. Make sure you have the owner's manual, warranty forms, and all legal documents. Check the Vehicle Identification Number on the car to ensure it matches the one on the contract.

All Things Douche Bag About Bonneville & Son

Let me start by saying if you've found this blog then you are probably one of the thousands of pissed off customers who, like me, have had the great misfortune of buying or servicing a vehicle through these assholes. I will be posting often and hope you and others like you will do the same. Word needs to spread about what douche bags these guys are and how very important it is to take you business elsewhere.

The goal with this blog is to create better consumer awareness and provide peer to peer advice and support while in the market for a car/truck/suv or servicing of them. My personal experience with these ass clowns will be posted shortly. Along with my own pitiful story I will be posting all things Bonneville & Son. Please do the same as the more information we can get out there about them the better off consumers will be.

God bless all except Bonneville.
